TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT OF HIRMU GAMES

Welcome to our online store HIRMU Games! Here is important information about ordering and delivery terms in our online store.

PAYMENT METHODS

Card payment, online banking, mobile payment and invoice. Payment methods are provided by Paytrail and Klarna.

You can pay in our online store with a bank or credit card, mobile payment, invoice and online banking payments of Finnish online banks.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

Places

Products are delivered by mail. 1-2 DinoDecks are delivered as a small package with Posti and the package can fit in the mailbox. Larger quantities will be delivered as a normal Posti package.

SHIPPING COSTS

In the online store at checkout, the postage, packaging and handling fee for the product is automatically added to the order.

DELIVERY TIME

Products will be delivered in 1-5 business days.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

Our orders have a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. To return a product, always email us within 14 days of receiving your order at orders@hirmugames.com and tell us the order number on your receipt and the reason you want to return the product. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The returner pays shipping costs of the product / products.

The returned product must be unused, and the product must be in its original condition for sale. The product must not show any visible marks or stains. We will refund your account within two weeks of accepting the refund. 

Once the refund is approved, we will refund the purchase to the account you provided. We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery or without email notification.

If the letter or package has not been picked up from the post office and it is returned to the seller and the customer wants the shipment to be resent, the customer is responsible for the postage of the new shipment by paying the delivery costs again. We will not be liable for the loss of a shipment caused by a third party if it has been delivered to the address provided in accordance with the information provided by the subscriber and the shipment has been delivered by Posti.

BROKEN OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, mail is not always able to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package when picking up the shipment.

If the shipment is damaged during transport of the mail, immediately report the damage to the pick-up location of the order in the mail. Also contact orders@hirmugames.com and we will agree on how to proceed.
